A Performance Management (PM, for its acronym in English) effectively integrates multiple methodologies such as balanced scorecards, strategy maps, budgets, activity-based management (ABM, for its acronym in English), forecasting and capacity planning of resources. Are they just fads or relevant solutions can be?
