In 2007 the decision on the reorganization EMB completed. This reorganization was in the pool of similar products and services in four service centers, R & D, ICTS, FB & A and B, and concentrating the development of policy in three group leaders, S & C PA & D and FEZ. In addition, a target through the EMB process approximately 4.7 M € to cut back on support within the university. In a memorandum "Cutbacks Efficient Modern Management", dated March 20, 2008 was described in detail what this means for the various units and how this benefits the faculties.
