In 2007 the decision on the reorganization EMB completed. This reorganization was in the pool of similar products and services in four service centers, R & D, ICTS, FB & A and B, and concentrating the development of policy in three group leaders, S & C PA & D and FEZ. In addition, a target through the EMB process approximately 4.7 M € to cut back on support within the university. In a memorandum "Cutbacks Efficient Modern Management", dated March 20, 2008 was described in detail what this means for the various units and how this benefits the faculties. The EMB reorganization in the summer of 2009 evaluated by conducting interviews with stakeholders. The report of findings can be found attached to. It is a set of beliefs. The financial section of the realization of savings in the first two years to 2008 was prepared by FEZ. The evaluation report are opinions of various types and levels. This memorandum provides the Executive Board on which topics they find important and which actions they want to expand. It covers the following topics:
