10 dimensions are positively correlated, ie there are more like a relatively higher score. Only the dimension of conflict is negatively correlated.

  10. Risk `s take : Tolerance of uncertainty and ambiguity present in the workplace

The results of these ten dimensions gives a picture of individual perceptions of the behavior of employees that is relevant for creativity and innovation to a long position in the company. A clear inventory of the situation helps the management to efficiently correct the elements and keep the company in order to create an innovative entity.
